Mouhamadou Diop

Mouhamadou Diop worked in the hospitality industry in New York for over 15 years. He worked his way up from an overnight porter position to general manager. Mouhamadou fulfilled all the positions in between working for great Chefs and restaurateurs like Marcus Samuelson, Jean Georges Vongerichten, Tom Colicchio just to name a few. He joined Le Coq Rico in January 2019 bringing with years of experience but also a lot of passion, and energy to lead the team to the next level.
