Mouhamadou Diop
General Manager

Mouhamadou Diop has been a fixture in the hospitality industry in New York for more than 15 years, working his way up from an overnight porter position to general manager in some of the city’s most beloved establishments. Diop has learned from great chefs and restaurateurs like Marcus Samuelson, Jean Georges Vongerichten and Tom Colicchio, prior to joining Le Coq Rico in 2019. Now, as the restaurant’s general manager, he brings immense passion and energy to the front of house team.
