Eric Laugier
Beverage Director

Eric Laugier has been working in the hospitality and catering industry since he was 14, having held positions in some of Europe and Asia’s most prestigious institutions. In 2017, prior to moving to the US, Eric earned an MBA in Hospitality Management from the famous Ecole de Savignac. Once in New York City, Laugier worked at L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon before joining the team at Le Coq Rico. After several months leading the team on the floor, Laugier took over the beverage program.
