Eric Laugier

Eric Laugier has been working the Hospitality and Catering industry since he was fourteen. He worked in his home country in prestigious houses in Monaco and Paris, went to China in Beijing, and graduated in 2017 with a MBA in Hospitality Management from the famous Ecole de Savignac. After moving to the US, Eric worked for the opening of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in New York before joining the team at Le Coq Rico. After several months leading the team on the floor, Eric took over the beverage program.
