Chef Lucile Plaza

Chef Lucile Plaza was born and raised in the suburb of East Paris.
At the age of ten she already had the desire to become a Chef when she grows up. Her parents supported her from day one even though they never set foot in restaurant’s kitchen.
At the age of 15, Chef Lucile Plaza met her apprenticeship Chef, Philippe Prevalet, who was a very passionate Chef owner that strongly believed in homemade dishes..
After 10 years of michelin stars experience, her life took a turn and when she decided to come to New York, where she worked for Alain Ducasse for 3 years and a half as a sous chef.
She then became Executive Sous Chef at Le Coq Rico in August 2018. Having a quick grasp on everything, she became the Executive Chef of Le Coq Rico in January 2019.
